The high-power picosecond laser utilizes a hybrid amplification technology that combines both fiber and solid-state laser technologies. The product lineup covers 500W infrared (IR) picosecond lasers, 200W green picosecond lasers, and 100W ultraviolet (UV) picosecond lasers. The system integrates optics, mechanical structure, and electronic control into a compact and streamlined design, ensuring both simplicity and reliability.
This laser system supports a wide repetition rate range from 1 Hz to 6 MHz, delivering high single-pulse energy exceeding 1 mJ and pulse train energy above 4 mJ. Users can easily configure the repetition frequency, output power, and pulse energy to meet diverse application needs.
The laser is operated through dedicated host computer software, offering an intuitive interface and user-friendly controls. Specifically designed for industrial applications, the system has undergone extensive 7x24-hour reliability testing in demanding industrial environments, ensuring stable and consistent performance in long-term production settings.
